I signed up for the Xanadu First Time Home Buyers program and what a joke that was. They took $99 and provided me with a link to take the first time home buyers test that Rural Development requires and that is the only thing they did for me. In fact after I signed up for the program and was assigned a coach as they call them, called one time and for half an hour talked about our health issues. Then two months goes by and I emailed them asking them what does 99 bucks get me? They finally call back and tried telling me they called on this day and that day and sent emails on this day and that day and they did no such thing cause I save everything and have voicemail, nothing there either. To me they are scam artists and i suggest u run far and do not deal with them. By the way my credit was good nothing negative on it so they did not have to help me fix that or guide me on how to do that.
